We offer FREE delivery to all cities in UAE. During peak seasons, there will be a same day delivery fee and a minimum order for other cities like Abu dhabi and Al Ain. All details are mentioned at the checkout page when proceeding for payment. For same day delivery, there is a cut off time. Kindly contact us on +971 4 267 2137 incase you would still like to deliver gift after cut off time and we will try our best to assist.

We will attempt to deliver in the estimated timeframe. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date and during the delivery timeframe. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery. 

A few products may not be available for same day delivery. Such information is given in the respective product page & in the terms & conditions.  All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to the designated recipient's address.

Returns & Cancellations

We are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order already placed, please send an email to and we will respond promptly.

All sales are final and products may not be returned, except as expressly permitted in the Terms and Conditions in the event of;

  • (a) you received the incorrect item 
  • (b) the product was broken, damaged or otherwise inoperable, may, in its sole discretion, provide a credit note for the purchase price or allow you to exchange the product.

Ordering & Status

Status; When your order and payment is received, it will be in the “Processing” status as your order is being prepared or being delivered. Once your delivery is made, the status of your order to “completed”.

Email Notification; Once we receive your order on the website, you will receive an Order Confirmation email that will contain your order number and order details. You will receive another order update email once the order has been delivered.
