How can I know the status of my order?

When your order and payment is received, it will be in the “Processing” status as your order is being prepared or being delivered. Once your delivery is made, the status of your order to “completed”.

What is your order change and cancellation policies?

We are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order already placed, please send us an email and we will respond promptly.

What is your delivery policy?

Most of the products need to be ordered 24-48 hours in advance. For same-day delivery requests, orders must be placed before 1:00 pm. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. 

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, we will do so in accordance with their policies. Most hospitals do not allow us to personally deliver to individual rooms. Some hospitals do not allow certain flowers like lilies and latex balloons as common allergens.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

In the event that the recipient is not available to accept the gift delivery, we will do one of the following:

  • Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.
  • If receipient does not answer call, we call sender for further instructions.

Why do you need to substitute sometimes?

Due to temporary stock availability, we may occasionally substitute the gift baskets or containers. Every effort will be made to preserve the style and color scheme of the arrangement and substitutions will only be made with items of equal or higher value.

Order-Related E-mails

Once we receive your order on the website, you will receive an Order Confirmation email that will contain your order number and order details. You will receive another order update email once the order has been delivered.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You can also make payments using PayPal and Paypoints with Etisala Smiles & Etihad Airways.

Do you deliver outside of the United Arab Emirates?

Currently, we only deliver to all cities in UAE; However, we are working on having international deliveries included int he future as part of our service.

Will the items break during shipping?

Special handling and care is taken to ensure that the items do not get damaged during delivery and to keep items fresh and safe.
